Nelly is far from shy when it comes to showing off his muscular physique, but the St. Louis rapper is ready to share his workout secrets. The emcee is the first star to get his own DVD in a series dubbed 'Celebrity Sweat,' which shows everyone from athletes to musicians demonstrating how they achieve their chiseled bodies through instructive exercises.

"I wanted to do it right, in a way that's believable. It's not like I'm a gym instructor, and I'm not trying to teach a class I don't have a degree in. But I wanted to do something people could believe and follow," the 'Country Grammar' star explained. "It used to be when people got to a certain age, they wanted to be more health conscious. Now teenagers and kids are going to the gym."

Nelly filmed his DVD last week in Ellisville's Lifetime Fitness gym, sharing tips like working out with a partner to help increase strength and exercising in a rhythm, not unlike music. The DVD series is set to launch September 28, with pre-order already available at the series' website.

Meanwhile, Nelly is working on his sixth studio album '5.0,' slated for release November 16. The album is set to feature production from The Neptunes, Polow da Don and Jermaine Dupri as well as collaborations with Kelly Rowland and Jim Jones.
