Nelly can now cross another diamond certified record off of his checklist.

After 16 years in the rap game, the 41-year-old now has an album and a song that's sold and streamed ten million times. Nelly's debut album, Country Grammar, hit the mark last week. The single "Cruise," on which Nelly is featured, reached the marker over the weekend.

Country Grammar was Nelly's solo debut. It contained hits like the title track, Ride With Me," "E.I." and "Batter Up." The LP becomes the ninth hip-hop album to achieve the diamond sales feat after 2Pac's All Eyez On Me and Greatest Hits, Eminem's The Eminem Show and The Marshall Mathers LP, OutKast's Speakerboxxx/The Love Below, The Notorious B.I.G.'s Life After Death, MC Hammer's Please Hammer, Don't Hurt 'Em and Beastie Boys' Licensed to Ill.

While Country Grammar was the beginning of Nelly's career, "Cruise" is fairly new since it was released in 2012. On the country track, Nelly provides a guest verse for country-pop duo Florida Georgia Line. The original version of the song fared well but when the St. Louis rapper added his verse, the song shot to the top of the Billboard Country Song chart. It peaked at No. 4 on the Hot 100. The track also stayed at the No. 1 spot on Hot Country Songs for 24 weeks -- longer than any other song in 70 years.

Nelly certainly has a lot of celebrating to do. Check out his new plaque below.
