Lost Boyz member Mr. Cheeks hasn't released a solo album since his 2004 LP 'Ladies and Ghettomen,' but he's ready to make his return to the music scene. The 'Lights, Camera, Action!' hitmaker has signed a deal with Stephen Marley's label Ghetto Youth International, with plans to release his fourth album 'And The Winner Is' -- produced entirely by Stephen, Damian and Julian Marley -- in 2011.

Mr. Cheeks, who most recently appeared with his Lost Boyz brethren at the New Jersey Hip-Hop Karaoke event last month, will release the Stephen-produced 'Havin' Fun,' his Maya Azucena-featuring lead single, in the near future.

Cheeks, whose real name is Terrance Kelly, has had a longstanding business relationship with Stephen Marley, who appeared on two tracks included on his 2001 solo debut 'John P. Kelly.' For his last release, 'Ladies and Ghettomen,' Mr. Cheeks formed a label with the Marley brother in 2003 called One Fam Music, though a release on the imprint never surfaced.

The 39-year-old Queens native, who intended to release his last album '25 & Up' on Damien Marley's Tuff Gong Records but never followed through, made his debut as one-fourth of The Lost Boyz, who released the singles 'Lifestyles of the Rich and Shameless' and 'Renee' in the mid-'90s. Following the death of member Freaky Tah in 1999, Cheeks released his first solo album in 2001, scoring the hit 'Lights, Camera, Action!'
