Metro Boomin Partners With Republic Records and Universal Music Group to Launch Boominati Worldwide
Superproducer Metro Boomin has announced his own label Boominati Worldwide.
Metro's newly-formed label will operate via a partnership with Republic Records and Universal Music Group. The hitmaker issued a statement about his latest venture and how he hopes to use his platform going forward.
“Launching Boominati Worldwide is the next step in my career as a producer, an artist and a businessman. I created the label to represent a collective of highly gifted individuals who have the shared gift of being able to influence the world through culture and art.”
Metro Boomin already released a single via Boominati; ”No Complaints” which features Drake and Offset.
Metro Boomin is one of the more consistently successful producers in music, having scored major hits this year with Post Malone's “Congratulations," the Migos smash “Bad and Boujee”), Future's megahit “Mask Off” and more.
He’ll also be on the road this August with Bryson Tiller on the Set It Off Tour.
