Meek Mill Takes a Break from the Ritzy Lifestyle in ‘Left Hollywood’ Video [WATCH]
Yeah, the limelight is cool and hanging out at posh mansion parties has it's place, but sometimes you have to go back to where it all began. That seems to be what Meek Mill is conveying in his video for "Left Hollywood."
The gritty clip finds the DreamChaser back in Philadelphia, sitting on the porch and spitting about his difficult come up. All and all, the video is pretty eye-catching for the mere fact it doesn't have many of the shiny things we usually see in rap videos, and its stripped down look makes it stand out.
Before the clip ends, Meek spits on a living room couch, in an apartment dining room and then in the kitchen where his boys do a little cooking. And let's just say their not using the stove to boil pasta.
"Left Hollywood" is off the rapper's new release "Meekend Music" that he dropped to celebrate his 30th birthday. You can check out the video above and listen to that three song-project here.
