Master P Ordered to Pay His Ex-Wife $825,000 in Back Child Support
Master P won't be cashing out anytime soon. A judge ruled for the No Limit CEO to give his reality show salary -- $825,000 -- to his estranged wife, Sonya Miller, according to TMZ.
The lump sum, which was made from Master P filming Season 2 of Master P's Family Empire series will cover back child and spousal support payments, according to court documents.
The strife between the former has been going on for awhile. Last year, Master P spoke with a TMZ cameraman about the situation.
"If she can take care of this beautiful family and do what she gotta do, she can have all the money," he said. "She don’t need to go to court. She don’t need to do none of that. I just want her to take care of my kids and do what she need to do as a mom."
The two have nine children together including Percy "Romeo" Miller, who's earned a name for himself over the years as well. “I haven’t spoken to my mother in months due to advice she’s taking from her lawyers,” the 26-year-old rapper-actor wrote in an open letter. “It sucks because the only reason I’ve ever worked so hard was to make my mother proud.”
Sonja Miller filed for divorce in 2013 but it has yet to be finalized. Hopefully, the family can work it out eventually.
