There's something refreshing about Lloyd's music, and since he dropped that heartfelt and very dope single "Tru," it looks like he's got the music world's attention again.

This time around, the 30-year-old crooner is back with a strong ballad called "Holding," that's part tough-talk and part romance. In short, Lloyd lets people know that he's riding around strapped, and he'll do anything to protect the love of his life, who's always sitting next to him.

"While I'm riding around, I'm riding around, I'm riding around the city, in my fur with the top off / If you try me it's gonna pop off / You know I'm holding it while I'm holding you," he sings.

Then in the middle of the song, Lil Wayne jumps in and gives us the mixtape Weezy that we all love to listen to.

"Baby girl shot gun, holding down the shotgun / Ain't worried 'bout the outcome / Real b---- forever, I'm the only one she down for / Most of these b---- bloodhound / She don't even hound blood," he rhymes

And he closes the verse off with this memorable line: "That Bonnie, that Clyde, that Thelma and Loueezy / She said I'm like the pistol, you gon' need me, feel me, squeeze me," Wayne spit.

Of course, this isn't the first time the Young Money boss and Lloyd banged out a song together. In 2006 Weezy spit liquid on the singer's radio smash "You," and they also collabed two years later on the cut "Girls Around the World."

Tomorrow (Dec. 9), you can purchase the R&B singer's "Tru" EP, or you can pre-order it now on iTunes. You can also check out the catchy "Holding" single below.
