K. Michelle is ditching her singing voice in favor of rapping for a remix of Yo Gotti's "Down in the DM."

"Tired of grown men, acting like they young boys / The wagon with the least in it makes the most noise / Nowadays, n----- wanna be housewives / Ask for money, then they waiting with their mouth wide," she rhymes. "Bitches talk s--- now they want to change tunes / Clap back season / Welcome to my Shade Room," she raps later on.

It seems the Memphis-bred singer was feeling herself on the bars too. "I kinda killed that remix. HA. I woke up like all this! Did I do that?" she tweeted.

The red-haired crooner isn't the first to remix the track. Rick Ross and Nicki Minaj have also thrown their versions in the mix.

The latter of whom got the crooner in some controversy. Her ex, Indiana Pacers star Lance Stephenson reportedly commented on K. Michelle's Instagram post to claim that she wants to be like Onika.

"You be reaching K. Just admit you want to be @nickiminaj. It's okay I'm sure Nicki inspires a lot of females. But how you do it is creepy," read the comment, which has now been reported to be done by a hacker.

“People are sad. Lance Stephenson is my family. We aren’t together but my son looks up to him and his daughter is my heart. Who breaks into an account to hurt me. A psycho. I just got off the phone with his mother, and him. He was at a game the whole time. If you know Lance you know his character. He’s calm and mind mannered and would never use that many emojis!” read an Instagram post on Michelle's page shortly afterwards.

K. Michelle is slated to drop More Issues Than Vogue later this year, but pre-orders will be available on Friday (Feb. 12). Her first single, a piano driven balled, "Not a Little Bit" was released earlier this year.
