Safaree Heads to Jamaica for ‘Bad Energy’ Video Featuring K. Michelle [WATCH]

Safaree Samuels gets a little reflective on his new song "Bad Energy," featuring K. Michelle, a single from his forthcoming release Shoulda Been Did It.

For the clip, The Brooklyn rapper headed to Jamaica and spit calmly in front of breathtaking scenery, which isn't hard to do on the always gorgeous-island. Safaree also delivered a few lines that are probably aimed at his ex, Nicki Minaj.

"Me rapping, you was not having / Heard your new sh--, what the f--- happened? / Like a broke finger, you are not snapping / You in a big ass boat with no captain / Like church pants, you have been slacking," he raps.

For some reason, Ms. Michelle didn't take the trip to Jamaica, since she's not in the video, but the director Jay Papworth used some cool special effects to keep the viewer entertained.
