Singer/actor Jamie Foxx had a run-in with an intruder in his Philadelphia hotel room last month. According to TMZ, the 41-year-old Oscar winner forced a male trespasser out of his room in the AKA Hotel after being tricked into believing he was a producer for R&B star Beyonce.

Foxx became suspicious of the man's identity and physically removed him out of the hotel room doorway before closing it in his face. Although the 49-year-old intruder has not been identified, according to authorities he did flee the scene once Foxx pushed him away.

Over a week later, Foxx's security spotted them man near the hotel again and informed police. He was arrested for burglary, false imprisonment, criminal threats, harassment and stalking.

Despite the strange encounter, Foxx's professional life continues to thrive. His sophomore album 'Intuition' is almost platinum and spawned the No. 1 R&B hit 'Blame It.' He is also currently shooting the movie 'Law Abiding Citizens' with Gerard Butler.
