J. Cole is not pulling a Beyonce after all. After news surfaced that he was releasing a project next month, the Roc Nation rapper confirms that he is releasing a new album titled '2014 Forest Hills Drive' on Dec. 9.

Cole unveiled the cover art for the LP, which features him sitting atop his childhood home. The collection, available for pre-order on iTunes, will feature 13 new tracks.

"What up? My New Album is finished," said Cole. "It’s called 2014 Forest Hills Drive and it’s very special to me. It’s available everywhere on 12/9. This time I’m releasing no singles, just the album. See you in 3 weeks. Thank you for the love and support."

There's also a seven-minute video, which explains the significance of the album title. In a nutshell, 2014 Forest Hill Drive is the home address of his mom's home in Fayetteville, No.C. The 29-year-old rapper purchased the home back in June for $121,000.

In the clip, J. Cole returns home and takes viewers on a tour of his old stomping grounds. By the end of the visual, Cole has a full-circle moment with his music and childhood home.
