Happy Father’s Day: Rappers and Singers Salute Their Dads on Social Media

Happy Father’s Day! Today (June 21), your favorite rappers and R&B singers went on social media to salute their dads with inspiring and heartfelt tweets and photos.

Those who saluted dads included Raekwon, Beyonce, 2 Chainz, Mariah Carey (she honored Dem Babies’ father Nick Cannon), Justin Timberlake, Juicy J, Ne-Yo, Jim Jones, Chris Brown, Keri Hilson, Redfoo, Kxng Crooked and BJ the Chicago Kid.

Also, if you are not familiar, Meek Mill wrote a heartfelt letter about fatherhood for Time.com. In his missive, he wrote about the challenges he faces raising his four-year-old son while juggling a rap career.

It’s good to see artists from both the hip-hop and R&B worlds honoring fathers on this lovely day.
