Drake’s ‘One Dance’ Is the First Song Ever to Reach 1 Billion Streams on Spotify
Drake's Views has done set yet another record. "One Dance," a single from the celebrated album, has reached 1 billion views on Spotify, according to Billboard.
The song has become Drizzy's biggest smash to date, and his Views album has been nominated for eight Grammys this year, and also landed in the top spot of three of Apple Music's year-end charts. The album, which is Drake's fourth, debuted at No. 1 on the Billboard 200 in June and has been certified quadruple platinum. Last week, Drake was named Spotify's most streamed artist of 2016.
Drake's next project that's he's dubbed a "Playlist" called More Life is slated to drop in early 2017. Yesterday, Bryson Tiller said that he's been working on a new collaboration with the Toronto rapper for the project.
Yes, 2016 pretty much sucked for everyone else, but Drake is definitely having the best year ever.
