Drake and His Father Return in Two New Funny Virginia Black Ads [WATCH]
Drake and his father, Dennis Graham, return to roast Dos Equis again in two new ads for Virginia Black. Drizzy’s father is the new face for his whiskey brand, which he partnered with with and Los Angeles-based spirits maker Brent Hocking, who is known for his DeLeón Tequila.
In the ad above Drake’s asks “Would you like to know who’s not worried about the most interesting man in the world?” he asks. “The Realest Dude Ever.”
The camera switches to Dennis who responds, “One time this girl invited me skiing." In the other ad, Drake’s dad reveals, “These glasses aren’t even prescription." Both of the ads ends in the whiskey brand’s tagline, “One Sip and Woo.”
The ads follows the first two highly successful short episodes to promote Virginia Black. According to a press release, the previous ads achieve a record-breaking 8 million social media views - more than any other spirits brand in history. Not too mentioned Virginia Black is the biggest-selling liquor in Toronto.
The two new commercials were co-created by Drake and Brent Hocking and directed by Director X, who have shot many of Drizzy's hot videos, including "Hotline Bling."
