DJ Whoo Kid just released G-Unit's mixtape, The Lost Flash Drive.

The 12-track project is laced with unreleased material from the entire squad, including Lloyd Banks, Tony Yayo, Young Buck, Kidd Kidd and 50 Cent.

Yesterday (August 30), the crew unleashed the track “Set the Pick” as a preview which set the tone for the project’s official release. On track 7, a six minute “Free Young Buck Freestyle” is laced with a smoothed out West Coast synth and unexpected flips of vintage Outkast beats. Yayo spits over soulful flips of the ATL group’s "Spottieottiedopaliscious" and "Elevators". As if that was enough for one track, the cut also features a flip of the classic southern-based hit, “Sippin on Sizzurp” by Project Pat. Also on the same track, a fired-up Tony Yayo sends RIP “shout outs” to Jam Master Jay, ODB, Soulja Slim, ASAP Yams, Aaliyah, Lisa “Left Eye” Lopez and other fallen stars.

The track “Mad or Nah” is a grooved out love song with brassy lyrics to the tune of sexual relations, fashion, social media and beautiful independent women. With the sensual, soul ballad and honest lyrics, the song is a standout on the release.
