Da Brat, who is a pal of Mariah Carey, got into the alleged fracas at Jermaine Dupri's 'Studio 72' nightclub in Atlanta. Problems began in the early hours of Thursday morning when the waitress bumped into the rapper, sparking a fight. Da Brat, whose real name is Shawntae Harris, was arrested and charged with felony aggravated assault. It is not Harris' first run-in with the law.
