Chris Brown Proposes Beyonce Collabo in Another Twitter Tirade

If you ever get bored and want some entertainment, Chris Brown's Twitter is always a perfect tonic.

Thursday (Aug. 22), Breezy hopped on the social media site and took aim at law enforcement and the justice system after he was recently reinstated to probation, which stipulates he has to perform an additional 1,000 hours of manual labor.

"Ni--a done 6 months community service wit police and the DA racist ass crying to the judge that I didn't do it. F--k the SYSTEM!" Brown tweeted. "How about y'all take care of all the homeless kids and families on skid row. Promote helping people that are really fucked up in your city!"
