Chris Brown is using the law to his advantage now.

Brown just got a five year protection order against a fan who has repeatedly shown up at his home. The woman, is now required to stay away from Brown's home and his shows for the next five years, TMZ reports.

Currently, the woman is not considered a high-risk because she's in a mental hospital getting treatment now, following her last arrest for trespassing at Brown's home. She was first arrested back in December 2015 for trespassing on the singer's property, and then was arrested back in April for the same offense. Brown says she shouted graphic sexual comments when she showed up uninvited at his house.

In the meantime, Breezy has been busy with other things—namely dropping new music. Last Friday he dropped a surprise mixtape, Attack the Block, which features the singer’s OHB (Only Hood Bosses) crew and U.K.’s rap collective Section Boyz.  The 16-song collection features Breezy singing and rapping on different tracks. The tape also boasts cameo appearances from French Montana, Ray J, Young Lo, Hoody Baby and Young Blacc. Producer Mike WiLL Made-IT, Drumma Boy and DJ Mustard provide production assists on the project. Check out his new tape here.

As for the trespasser, there's no word on when the woman will be released from the mental hospital.
