During the past week, Cee-Lo's new single, 'F--- You' has been featured on nearly 4500 blogs and has more than 2 million plays on YouTube. 50 Cent was such a fan he remixed the track. Not bad for a song that has only been out for five days. Viral explosion aside, news has surfaced that Cee-Lo will drop 'The Lady Killer' -- his first solo album in six years -- on December 7 via Elektra Records.

'The Lady Killer' has a pretty solid cast of producers thus far. Salaam Remi (Nas, Amy Winehouse), Jack Splash (Alicia Keys) and Fraser T. Smith (Nelly Furtado) have confirmed productions on the record.

Taking to his Twitter account, Cee-Lo has expressed amazement and satisfaction with the reception of the album's lead single. He is currently shooting a video for both the real and radio edits of 'F--- You.'

"Oyea, a bit of history has been made with 'F--- You,'" he wrote. "I'm equally amazed :) Yall help put your people (me) on top where I belong! and I'll rep till the death."
