Ashanti Unveils New ‘BraveHeart’ Album Cover

Fans have been waiting patiently for Ashanti to release her fifth album, 'Braveheart,' and it looks like its ready to bloom. The R&B songstress unveiled the artwork and promo pictures for the release on her Instagram page.

The cover art features the 33-year-old singer in an off-the-shoulder knitted dress standing in front of a backdrop of a rose. The photo reminds us of her third LP, 'Concrete Rose,' which boasted the guitar-charging track 'Only U.'

The others flicks, which were shot by photographer Robert Ector, features 'Shanti in various highly stylized outfits. In one pic, she's sitting on a boulder in a black-and-white fringed top and red booty shorts, which reveals her slender legs. In another photo, Ashanti wears a sheer black dress in front of a 2014 backdrop.

Yep, the 'Rock Wit U' artist is ready to ring in the new year with a new album.

Last November, Ashanti released the single, 'I Got It' featuring Rick Ross. She also recorded a tune with Beenie Man titled 'First Real Love.'

There’s still no word on when Ashanti will release 'BraveHeart.'
