A$AP Ferg enlists hip-hop heavyweight Missy Elliott for his dance track, "Strive."

The piano-driven club song will be featured on his forthcoming sophomore album, Always Strive and Prosper. The Hood Pope let his fans hear a snippet of the track via his Twitter page.

“You can be you today / You can be you tonight,” raps Fergenstein over the knocking DJ Mustard and Stelios-produced beat. “Know you’re feeling really grey, it’s gon’ be alright / I can see it in your face and I know you wanna fly / So get off your ass and create your life.”

Unfortunately, Missy's verse isn't heard in the 20-second clip, but it certainly gives us something to look forward to when Ferg drops his album on April 22.

Misdemeanor isn't the only artist to be featured on the album either -- Chris Brown, Ty Dolla $ign, Rick Ross, Chuck D, and Future are also slated to make an appearance on the LP.

Check out the preview of the dance track in Ferg's video tweet below and let us know what you think in the comments. Are you excited to hear Missy E's verse? We are!
