50 Cent Blames Sex Tape Lawsuit on Pimpin’ Curly

50 Cent's decision to release a sex tape of Rick Ross' ex in 2009 caught up to him when victim Lastonia Leviston filed a lawsuit against the Queens, N.Y., rapper in February. But still, Fifty doesn't seem to have any regrets.

In an interview with radio personality, Tim Westwood, Fifty finally addressed the sex tape, but didn't show much remorse about the situation. The G-Unit CEO decided to pin the blame on his alter ego Pimpin' Curly, whom he edited into the sex tape for the purposes of comical narration. "That wasn't me, that was Pimpin' Curly," 50 said. "When a person tries to say...you've done a mental harm to them, they might want to consider the recordings of Rick Ross saying that she's an actual call girl. Or the pamphlets that I'm showing in the tape, that's saying that she's available. So how distraught is she that a tape went out? They think I bought the tape, I didn't even buy it."

In her lawsuit, Leviston specifically mentions 50 Cent's references to her as a call girl, writing it off as 50 Cent's strategy to add insult to injury. Leviston says that she is seeking damages for the emotional distress that resulted from the unauthorized use of her name and image. The video was released at the peak of his feud with fellow rapper, Rick Ross.

50 Cent is currently at work on his new album 'Black Magic.' He recently explained that the album would have a completely different vibe from his previous work.
