But everything that glitters isn't gold. Singers and crooners tend to be perfectionists when it comes to releasing albums, planning shows and even choosing their wardrobe. So those who have the job of helping out the likes of Trey Songz, Beyonce, Raz-B or Chaka Khan really have to rely on patience. After all, there's attitudes and crazed fans to deal with.
