Warren G is paying the ultimate tribute to his fallen friend Nate Dogg. The West Coast rapper has released the finished recording of a touching track dedicated to the G-Funk pioneer titled 'This is Dedicated to You' featuring LaToiya Williams.

The cut, which was previously released as a snippet, sees Warren G reflecting on visiting Nate in the hospital before his death. "Reminiscing memories on my way to visit you in therapy, hoping God make it clear to me/ On what the plan is, this dirty game is hella scandalous/ So this right here, is dedicated to Nate," he raps.

He also acknowledges the difficulties in continuing on without him around, and admitting that he thought about quitting hip-hop for good. "Regulatin' the era, standing side by side and we down for whatever/ Was the days of the past, now I'm looking to the future like/ I don't want to do music/ But I gotta keep it crackin'/ It's a challenge when your homie's talent hangin' in the balance," he confesses.

The track comes in the wake of Nate Dogg's sudden death this past March. The smooth crooner, whose real name is Nathaniel D. Hale, died from complications from multiple strokes that he sustained in 2007 and 2008. With Warren G, Nate scored the smash single 'Regulate' in 1994, later receiving a Grammy nomination for Best Rap Performance by a Duo or Group.
