Waka Flocka engaged in a short-lived Twitter beef with BET executive Stephen Hill, following the BET Awards this past weekend, but has since accepted Hill's apology. "We're not archenemies or anything. I'm not mad at nothing....I'm financially almost straight, so I made BET, I got nominated. That's a blessing. Ain't too many people that can say that," Flocka conceded, before agreeing to sit down and talk out his dispute with Hill. "Of course. Why not? That's the man, the big dog. He paved the way for a lot of people to be seen, so it's like, how could you slap an arm down like that? That would be, like, dumb." [MTV]

Gary, Indiana rapper Freddie Gibbs loves smoking weed, so it's no surprise his favorite song is The Luniz' "I Got 5 On It." "That's around the time I started smoking weed, so that song is real special to me." [Pitchfork]

Mark Ronson continues to drop gems. "Nobody wears shirts in the studio, that's the rule. Especially since we recorded most of the album during [a] heat wave, in Brooklyn, in a studio with no air conditioning." How cute. [MTV]
