Too Short Is Being Sued for Alleged Sexual Battery by a Former Associate
Too Short has been slapped with a lawsuit by a woman who claims that the rapper repeatedly sexually assaulted her.
TMZ has obtained documents filed by a Los Angeles woman named Teana Louis who alleges that Short raped her on multiple occasions between June and October 2016. The attacks consisted of vaginal sex, forced oral sex and sodomy.
In the suit, Louis said that she met Short in December 2015, which led to them record a song together in April 2016. During that time, Short made his first unwanted advances, which she ignored.
However, Louis alleges in June 2016 Short sexually assaulted at a hotel in Los Angeles. According to her account, the Bay Area rapper threw her onto the bed, held her down, undressed her and began performing oral sex on her.
Louis claims that multiple assaults happened in either hotel rooms or the studio. She alleges in one incident that Short told her, "I'm just going to put the tip in" despite her pleas of “no” and continued to rape her. In another incident she was left bleeding after he “brutally sodomized” her.
Teana Louis is suing for sexual battery, sexual harassment, gender violence, gender discrimination and false imprisonment.
Attorneys for Too Short had no comment on the matter.
