T.I. is coming clean about his intentions. On Tuesday (Oct. 13), Tip went on DJ Whoo Kid’s Shade 45 show, The Whoolywood Shuffle, and made some shocking statements that even left Oprah appalled. The rapper said that he can't vote for Hillary Clinton for president, or any other woman, because they are too emotional. The sexist remark was met with a ton of negative responses, to which the Atlanta native has now responded with an apology.

Before the lengthy video apology to address his offensive logic, the Da' Nic EP creator released a statement through Twitter. "My comments about women running for president were unequivocally insensitive and wrong. I sincerely apologize to everyone I offended," he tweeted. But it seems that wasn't enough. Tip posted a video apology on his Facebook page Thursday (Oct. 15) for th e"jokes" he made.

Tip says sorry to the women in his family as well as businesswomen who are supporting families or hustling for themselves. "I know you know how I joke and I know you know my heart. I know you know me. But I apologize anyway," he said. “I never intended to be taken as though I felt women couldn’t be leaders…I know better than that…I was on a platform, DJ Whoo Kid, where we say a lot of outrageous things, talk about a lot of taboo topics, have a lot of barbershop talk, say some things that are borderline inappropriate, borderline offensive, for more laughs and shock value. However, this time I reached for a joke that was in very poor taste, using a stereotype associate to women that I should have not done."

It seems the message was well-received.

"That's why I love u T.I! It's take a big man to apologize and recognize when they are wrong! You are the man of the year! My favorite rapper!" commented one Grand Hustle fan.

He also had some words for Oprah, who was taken aback by the rhymer's sentiments once she found out what he had to say.
