Known for their adroit, tongue-in-cheek musical choices as house band for Jimmy Fallon, The Roots outdid themselves last night (Nov. 21). They welcomed Republican pundit Michele Bachmann on the 'Late Night With Jimmy Fallon' show to the tune of Fishbone's 'Lyin' Ass Bitch.'

Having previously inspired chuckles with slick walk-on choices for lip-syncher Ashlee Simpson -- Milli Vanilli's 'Girl You Know It's True' -- and Hollywood heel Spencer Pratt -- Beck's 'Loser' -- Questlove and co. upped the ante with their gleeful take on Fishbone's 1985 ska-punk favorite, as the oblivious GOP presidential candidate smiled and took her seat.

"Aight late night walkon song devotees: you love it when we snark: this next one takes the cake," Quest tweeted, in anticipation of Bachmann's entrance. "Ask around cause i aint tweeting title."

Though NBC reportedly pulled the video from its site when news of the Roots' roguery broke, a clip can be viewed below. Also, check out musical guest M83's performance of their stellar new single 'Midnight City' here.

The Roots' 13th album 'UNDUN' is in stores Dec. 4.
