The-Dream is gearing up to release his fifth studio album, "IV Play," on May 28 and before he does that, the singer is making sure to give fans some new music to listen to. "Where Have You Been" is his newest offering, which also features Kelly Rowland, his Lights Out tourmate.

"Promise me you'll make me better/ Promise me you're here for me/ Can you love me for what I am / Love me for what I can be," the Radio Killa coos. "You're nothing like the other girls."

The crooner goes on to detail how his lady love took her time finding him but he's satisfied she's finally in his arms.

"Ever since you came around I ain't been the same/ Saved my life and I owe it to you babe," Rowland sings. "Where have you been? I'm all f---ed up now/ It's all f---ed up now/ I'm so distraught."

She'll perform the ballad with The-Dream on "The Tonight Show with Jay Leno" later this evening.

"IV Play" features tracks like the title song, for which he recently filmed a video, the Jay-Z-assisted "High Art" and the Fabolous-featured "Slow It Down," among others.
