Earlier this month, Damon Dash announced the relaunch of Roc-A-Fella Records -- the infamous label he once operated with Jay-Z -- with Curren$y as his first signee. Ironically, as a new rumored addition to Jiggaman's label surfaces, Dash is beefing up his own roster with the addition of soulful songstress Terri Walker.

"I have no release date confirmed yet but I can tell you the theme," she explained in an interview with SoulCulture. "Seeing as I am working with hip-hop legends, I have decided to have a hip-hop theme on this album ... I'm going to be distributed through Roc-A-Fella which means more freedom for me."

A U.K. native, Walker entered the scene in 2003 with a debut album that featured Mos Def and scored a string of moderate hits before laying low for the last few years. She recently resurfaced on Ski Beatz' '24 Hour Karate School' mixtape, alongside her new label mate Curren$y. Walker has continued to work with Ski Beatz for the new material, which will eventually become her fourth studio effort. There's no word on an official release date for the as-of-yet untitled affair.
