ScHoolboy Q is placing a familiar face on the cover of his forthcoming album, Blank Face LP -- the crying Jordan meme.

The face -- which originates from Michael Jordan's induction into the Naismith Memorial Basketball Hall of Fame in 2009, has been repurposed by social media users for a variety of memes usually meant to ridicule those who are losing at life.

In the TDE rapper's version though, Jordan's face (eyes, noses, lips -- and tears) have been removed from the infamous photo. And it's already gotten hip-hop lovers excited about what's to come.

"Yep, I'm convinced TDE markets their artist better than any other label. Schoolboy Q with a great and relevant album cover," read one supporting tweet. "This is one of the best album covers I have seen in a long time," read another approving tweet. The Roots' Questlove also said that it "made my day."

It seems that the 29-year-old rapper is next up to release a project from Top Dawg Entertainment after Kendrick Lamar's untitled, unmasteredFfans have already got a taste of what's to come as well with his singles "Groovy Tony" and the Kanye West-featured track, "THat Part" as well.

Blank Face LP, which serves as a follow-up to 2014's Oxymoron, is set to drop July 8. Check out the reactions to ScHoolboy Q's album cover below.
