After launching a successful rap career inspired by his father, Master P, Romeo is taking another page from his book, but this time lyrics have nothing to do with it.

The 21-year-old rhymer-turned-actor made his debut during Season 12 of 'Dancing With the Stars' on Monday (March 21), after skipping out on Season 2 -- in which Master P was a competitor on -- due to an ankle injury. While in practice for his big performance, the younger Miller joked, "If I could move my hips better than Rihanna, it's a problem."

Romeo, born Percy Romeo Miller, Jr., graced the stage alongside his partner Chelsie Hightower. The two performed the cha cha to Basement Jaxx's fitting tune 'Romeo.' After his set, host Tom Bergeron commented on his dancing capabilities. "Wow, you did more dancing in 90 seconds than your dad did in four weeks," he said.

Unlike his father, who received less than stellar reviews and holds the title for lowest scores on the show, Romeo's dance moves brought on favorable remarks from judges Bruno Tonioli, Len Goodman and Carrie Ann Inaba.

"If I don't make it past my dad, I'm not gonna be able to hear the rest of this at home, so I'ma give it 110 percent and I'll try to bring back the family legacy to 'Dancing with the Stars,'" said Romeo.
