There’s no question that Fetty Wap’s “Trap Queen” is one of the biggest rap songs in the country right now. Following remixes from Da Brat, French Montana, Lil Kim and others, Rick Ross jumps on the trend and reworks the club hit.

Rozay also enlisted the help of Maybach Music Group artist Fat Trel on the remix as well. On the song, the dynamic duo rap about their affection for their enterprising trap queens.

“I just got me a trap queen, she’s a stripper too,” raps Trel in his gritty verse. “Styling in the kitchen like this bitch was in the picture booth / Photo shoot, ass fat making it hard for me to look at you.”

Meanwhile, Ross showers his trap queen with the finer things in life and makes references to his infamous pear diet.

“Ate it like a pear, money on the floor / I ate it like a pear 20 songs in a row / I ate it like a pear had my 20 chains on,” he spits.

Meanwhile, Fetty Wap is getting a lot of looks from various music blogs and magazines. The 24-year-old rhymer, who is signed to Lyor Cohen’s 300 Entertainment imprint, says is ready to make a difference in the rap game.

“I don’t feel like I’m normal. That’s why I feel like I’m great,” he told us in our #NextUp series. “Fetty Wap is a soldier, father, a mentor, a leader for people that I never thought I’d be a leader for. A role model. A son.”

“When you think of Fetty Wap, think of the soldier that ain’t never quit and never listened to what they said about me or what the critics said about me or what I looked like or how people take me,” he added. “I still will never quit. I’m still gonna smile and that’s how you gonna remember me.”
