Rick Ross Enlists Young Thug and Wale for ‘Trap Trap Trap’, Announces NYC Pop-Up Shop
Rick Ross has dropped another track, "Trap Trap Trap," leading into his anticipated ninth album, Rather You Than Me.
Wale and Young Thug assist Rozay on the song, on which he delivers his signature braggadocio.
“I took my roof off at the red light/Trap, trap, trap, tarp, trap, trap/Trap, trap, trap, trap, trap, trap/Brown bag legend ’cause it’s all cash/Brown bag legend when is all cash,” he raps.
Earlier today, he dropped the tracklist for the project, which reads like a who's who of music, featuring everyone from Raphael Saadiq and Dej Loaf to Chris Rock and Gucci Mane.
“This album is more than just another project for me. It’s a product of strength, perseverance, and determination,” Ross said of the album in a recent open letter. “Rather You Than Me is a testimony. My testimony, and if you a real nigga, no matter where you from, you can relate to this.”
Additionally, Rozay has announced via Instagram that there'll be a pop-up shop in NYC from 3 p.m.- 8 p.m. today, Boss Basel. Check the photo above for additional information.
