Rick Ross has dropped his ninth album, Rather Than You Me.

Ross released a few singles leading up to the release during his extensive promo run, including the most recent track, "She On My D---" featuring Gucci Mane and "Dead Presidents" featuring Future, Jeezy and Yo Gotti.

The track list for the album reads like a who’s who in the entertainment industry— Chris Rock, Wale, Yo Gotti, Meek Mill, Dej Loaf, Gucci Mane, Anthony Hamilton, Young Thug, Future, Ty Dolla $ign, Scrilla, and Nas are all featured.

“This album is more than just another project for me. It’s a product of strength, perseverance, and determination. Rather You Than Me is my testimony,” he said. “And if you a real n—-, no matter where you from, you can relate to this.”

Already, people are buzzing about two specific references on the project, when Ross calls out Nicki Minaj and Birdman.  On the opening track, "Apple of My Eye," Ross raps about Nicki and Meek's break-up.

"I told Meek I wouldn't trust Nicki/Instead of beefing with your dog you just give him some distance," he advises.

On "Idols Become Rivals," Ross gets way more personal, attacking Birdman for his deteriorated relationship with Lil Wayne, who is seeking over $50 million from Birdman in a lawsuit. The two have been involved in a very public beef for years.

"I pray you find the kindness in your heart for Wayne/His entire life, he gave you what there was to gain/I watched this whole debacle so I'm part to blame/Last request, can all producers please get paid," Ross raps in the third verse.

He further explained the track on Instagram last night.

"The Level of respect and Love that I have for WAYNE makes it hard to sit back and not speak on the situation," he wrote in the caption. Wayne reposted the image, writing, "dam big bro that msg hit me in the heart and put the motivation on automatik start. I needed that. 1 boss 2 another."
