Rick Ross returned to Twitter yesterday for the first time since suffering a pair of seizures on Oct. 14. While he assured fans he's doing better, the Maybach Music Group head was absent last night at the Philadelphia's Power 99FM 'Powerhouse Concert,' AllHipHop reports, leading to speculation he's again experiencing health problems.

In back-to-back tweets, Ross declared himself, "stronger than Ive ever been" and "richer than I ever wuz," suggesting his medical woes are behind him, and that his 'Teflon Don' nickname is a apt one.

Ross may not have been in the house, but he was on the minds of several rappers, among them Meek Mill, who shouted out his possibly ailing homey, according to XXL.

"My n---a Ricky Rozay couldn't make it here tonight, but you know he got love for Philly, so I need you to show love for him," Meek told the crowd.

Also absent was Young Jeezy, and while no explanation was given for his no-show, AllHipHop speculates it could have something to do with the rumored signing of Philly rhymer Tone Trump to his CTE Entertainment label.

If nothing else, Philly hip-hop heads got the chance to see Wiz Khalifa, Big Sean and Chris Brown, among other 'Powerhouse' headliners. Those hungry for Ross will have to wait until Dec. 13, when the Miami MC drops his fifth album, 'God Forgives, I Don't.'
