The topic of ghostwriting in hip-hop continues to be a hot-button issue between purists and casual fans. Veteran rhymer Rah Digga was thrown into the debate after she tweeted out that Safaree Samuels wrote Nicki Minaj rhymes.

It all started when Twitter user Chico Fountaine tweeted that Nicki Minaj would destroy Rah Digga in a lyrical battle. The former Flipmode Squad member replied back, “w/ her lyrics or Safaree’s?? Quit while you ahead bro...u got 8 lives left."

Of course, this sent the Barbz (aka Nicki Minaj fans) into a tizzy and they flooded Rah Digga's timeline with vicious slander. Rah Digga has been swatting back at several slanderous remarks from the angry Barbz. In a series of tweets, the 41-year-old rapper wrote:

Since her tweets, Rah Digga has become a trending topic. The slander is still coming swiftly from Nicki Minaj's fans with no end in sight. However, they are several Rah Digga supporters who are backing the lyricist's right to speak her mind. Read some of the tweets below.
