Plies and YoungBoy Never Broke Again Stunt Hard in ‘Check Callin’ Video
Just days after releasing his "F.E.M.A." mixtape with Kodak Black, Plies has dropped the visuals to "Check Callin" featuring YoungBoy Never Broke Again.
The song was released in October, and the hook seems to borrow from The Roots' 1999 song "You Got Me," featuring Erykah Badu.
The video starts with YoungBoy flexing in an exotic white whip, while sporting a burgundy top and jeans. This time around, his usual chain of a leaping basketball player holding a gun is replaced with a necklace that reads "YPC," in all diamonds, of course.
Meanwhile, Plies is seen counting all kinds of cash throughout the clip, in his car, in a hotel room and he even has it wheeled in to him by the stacks. He does all of this while sporting some fun looking, colorful attire, including pink tuxedo pants and a platinum colored sweatsuit.
There's still no word whether "Check Callin" will land on a future release of Plies,' or if it's something to merely tie his fans over until he drops a full project.
