Hot 97 radio personality Miss Info unearthed a vintage clip of late hip-hop icon Notorious B.I.G. performing his classic 'Big Poppa (So So Def Remix),' on talk show host Jon Stewart's short-lived MTV show, circa 1995.

The footage depicts Biggie looking dapper in a beige three-piece suit, white scarf and fedora, backed up by Puff Daddy in a black three-piece, Lil' Cease in a vest and shirtsleeves, a DJ, a live drummer and some crucial '90's backup singers replete with braids and bleach-blonde hair.

"Brooklyn in the house, represent. All the playas in the house," Biggie intones during the song's intro. "Lil' Ceaser, Puff Daddy in the house. Y'all know the deal, Brooklyn in here representing, Junior M.A.F.I.A."

Though Jon Stewart's show was canceled after a handful of episodes, it remains one of the most memorable late night talk shows, with some of the most edgy musical bookings, including Ol' Dirty Bastard and Naughty By Nature, alongside metal acts like Slayer, Faith No More, Marilyn Manson and Danzig, and indie heroes Guided by Voices, Rocket from the Crypt, Quicksand and many more.
