Nicki Minaj proved that there's no beef between her and Taylor Swift by bringing the country-turned-pop star onstage during her performance at the 2015 MTV Video Music Awards on Sunday night (Aug. 30).

Before bringing Taylor on, Nicki opened the set with her track "Trini Dem Girls," off her new album, The Pinkprint. Everyone onstage was dressed in fully feathered, sequin red costumes giving it a nice Caribbean carnival vibe. While the rapper was delivering her lyrics, she also made sure to put some emphasis on her kitty cat with a few pats. She also pointed to her lady parts with some sultry dance moves.

After winding down and booty popping her way through the track, she slowed things down a little bit with "The Night Is Still Young."

Nicki finally revealed her special guest Taylor, who emerged from the floor singing the chorus. Dressed in a red version of the beaded dress she wears on her tour, Taylor stood next to Nicki, and the two went on to perform a snippet of "Bad Blood."

By the end of the performance, the two pulled each other in for a tight hug and proved that they have clearly squashed any beef. So there's no need for anyone to think they're still hating on each other -- not a bad way to kick off the 2015 MTV VMAs.
