R&B singer Kehlani's alleged suicide attempt led to the 20-year old in the hospital and reportedly being placed in psychiatric hold. The incident occurred after the young star was ridiculed on social media following her ex-boyfriend PARTYNEXTDOOR posting an Instagram image of the two of them in bed and fans began swarming; criticizing Kehlani for infidelity to her boyfriend, Cleveland Cavaliers star Kyrie Irving.

Manager and "father figure" Nick Cannon made it clear he was a large part of Kehlani's support system; the mogul visited her in the hospital and shared a picture on instagram. “Had to grab my youngen. #Family #LoveHug #NeverLettingGo #NeverLeavingHerSide #IGotYouForLife #UsAgainstTheWorld," read Cannon's caption.

Since then, Kehlani shared an update with fans on her reactivated instagram page. The caption beneath a photo of a flower read, "healthy, home, & with ppl who love me." She later deleted the post.

Everyone hasn't been supportive. Singer Chris Brown has been throwing shade at the young starlet on Twitter; literally ending one of his tweets with "#YEAHIMTHROWINGSHADE" and also tweeting "#KYRIEMVP." A friend of Irving's, Brown believes Kehlani's suicide attempt was a ploy for sympathy. You can view all his tweets here.

Nonetheless, the vast majority of celebrities showed their support for the Oakland native by posting pictures on social media and sending their kind words.

Glad Kehlani is in better spirits now and recovering!
