MellowHigh – ‘In The Meantime’ Prod. Thelonious Martin

As if there aren't already enough Odd Future sub-groups to try and keep up with, MellowHype, aka Hodgy Beats and Left Brain, and Domo Genesis have added to this complicated mess by forming the new and appropriately named trio, MellowHigh.

The threesome will release their first (and hopefully not only) collaborative album of the same name on Oct. 31. But 'til then, here's a tasty little appetizer fittingly called 'In The Meantime,' on which Domo and Hodgy take turns tearing apart a typically blunted beat from Thelonious Martin (who also produced the pair's 'Go').

Not that MellowHigh don't have the collective lyrical abilities to hold down an album, but it'll be nice to see an Earl or Tyler feature somewhere on the project. Stay tuned for the official tracklisting, and hopefully another audio sample.
