Machine Gun Kelly Heads to Vegas for New ‘Golden God’ Video
Machine Gun Kelly just delivered the visuals to his song "Golden God," off his Bloom album. It's a cut that pulls from a scene in the film Almost Famous, where the fictional rocker Russell Hammond — played by actor Billy Crudup — stands on a rooftop and says he's a golden god.
In Kelly's video, which takes place in Las Vegas, things get cooking after he receives a phone call and is asked what he wants to do that day. The Cleveland native then tells his friend that he's down for whatever and from there, he parties it up for the remainder of the clip.
Appropriately, Kelly sports a gold suit in several of the scenes, as well as a gold Versace robe. You'll also see a wild pool party, bouncing girls and a performance from the Bad Boy artist before all is said and done.
If you haven't heard yet, MGK's Bloom album has gone gold after he released singles like "Let You Go," and "Trap Paris," featuring Migos' Quavo and Ty Dolla $ign.
Fortunately, Kelly has been able to promote the album in good health, considering he suffered from severe chest pains earlier this year and thought he was having a heart attack.
We'll see if he releases any more singles from the Bloom project but in the meantime, you can check out the "Golden God" video above.
