Future’s "Nobody Safe Tour" rolled into the Barclays Center in Brooklyn, N.Y., on Friday (May 19) and everything was safe until the concert ended. According to reports, a loud noise caused a chaotic stampede of panicked fans inside the venue.

Initial reports surfaced that shots were fired inside the Barclays Center, which caused the stampede, but those rumors appear to be unfounded. A Barclays rep went on Twitter to assure fans that it wasn’t gunshots they heard.

“There were no gunshots tonight inside the arena. A loud noise during load out caused concern while fans exited the venue. Get home safely,” read the tweet.

Nevertheless, the noise sparked pandemonium inside the venue with several people bum-rushing the escalators to get out of the building as fast as they can.

"What kind of noise during a load out would sound like gunshots? And why would you be loading out the same time fans are exiting? Bulls---" tweeted one fan. Another person wrote, "You guys gotta pay me for the underwear I need to replace."

In the end, there were no injuries reported and everyone left the venue safe and sound.

Future also hopped on Twitter to thanked New York fans for turning up at his show. "New York came wit heat. I'm thankful, much respect & more love," he tweeted.
