Lil Wayne Welcomes a Baby Boy
With all the things going on in Lil Wayne's life these days,it's no wonder that he continues to surprise us. The rapper had a son born yesterday in a Cincinnati hospital. According to reports the baby, named Dwayne Carter III, was born at Christ Hospital. No other information regarding the child's birth has been released, and Wayne has yet to make a public statement regarding the matter.
Despite rumors and speculation as to who the child's mother is, Wayne has yet to reveal that detail. He first publicly mentioned that he and the mystery woman were expecting at this year's BET Hip-Hop Awards. The rapper took home three awards and spoke about the impending birth of his son during one of his acceptance speeches. This year has turned out to be a very busy year for the rap star, who's still riding the wave and reveling in the success of his latest album, 'Tha Carter III.' Wayne is re-releasing the multi-platinum album later this year.
