The bonus track off Lil Wayne's platinum-selling album, 'Tha Carter III' may have gotten the rap star into a mess of trouble. Abkco Music Inc., the publishing company that owns the rights to the Rolling Stones' 'Play With Fire,' filed a lawsuit against Wayne on Thursday for releasing 'Playing With Fire,' which they claim is an unauthorized altered version of the veteran rockers' song. According to recent reports, Weezy and his record label, Universal Music Group, have been charged with copyright infringement.

Abkco claims Wayne's version of the track is a "clear derivative" of the original song, despite some slight changes in the lyrics and beat. The publishing company also says Weezy's profanity-laced version could lead to confusion since the pubic may assume the Stones' placed their stamp of approval on the altered version of their classic.
