Lil Wayne Announces I Am Music II Tour

Since his late 2010 release from prison, Lil Wayne has not wasted any time ascending back to the top of the hip-hop food chain. With his new single '6 Foot 7 Foot' already dominating charts, the Grammy winning Cash Money/Young Money MC has announced details and dates for his 2011 North American I Am Music II arena tour.

Joining Lil Wayne on the high profile 25-city trek, which will kick-off in Buffalo, N.Y. on March 18 at the HSBC Arena, is platinum protégé Nicki Minaj, hip-hop heavy weight Rick Ross and the powerhouse duo of acclaimed drummer Travis Barker & legendary turntablist Mixmaster Mike.

Tickets for the Lil Wayne-headlined tour will be available through LiveNation.com starting the weekend of Feb. 4, 2011. Wayne is set to release his much-anticipated album 'The Carter IV' sometime this spring.
