Word has it that Lil Wayne is finally heading home from his stint on Rikers Island in early November, but the famously loopy rapper is releasing a lot of new music to hold fans over before then. 'I Am Not a Human Being,' a project that was supposed to be a free EP, has turned into a full-length record and will hit digital retailers on September 27, which is Wayne's 28th birthday.

The record now features material that the rapper recorded for his heavily anticipated follow-up to 'Tha Carter III,' one of the biggest rap albums of the last decade. While Weezy and his management once claimed that that record was also complete, Wayne has decided to use his time in prison to start writing again and wants to start completely fresh when he finishes serving time.

"I know once he got out [of jail] those songs would be so old to him," Wayne's manager Cortez Bryant told MTV. "He hasn't written anything down since 2002 or 2003."

Now, 'I Am Not a Human Being' features twelve new songs with a substantial amount of features from Weezy's Young Money/Cash Money camp. Of course, Drake is present on new tracks such as the oddly named 'Gonorrhea,' 'With You,' 'I'm Single' and 'Right Above It.' In addition, popular upstart Nicki Minaj takes a turn on 'What's Wrong With Them' and 'YM Salute.' Jay Sean, Tyga, Lil Twist and Jae Millz will also make appearances.

After his release, Wayne also plans to hit the studio for a new mixtape, which will most likely be 'Dedication 4,' the fourth installment in his series with DJ Drama.
