Looks like ailing rappers don't get a pass. Lil Wayne was apparently reprimanded by a judge Monday (Oct. 29) when his recent health scare caused him to skip out on a scheduled court date for a hearing regarding his lawsuit against Quincy Jones III.

According to TMZ, Weezy's no-show didn't stop the judge for calling him out on the cavalier attitude demonstrated in a deposition video used in the case -- the rapper even threatens the defense's lawyer. The judge said he showed "unreasonable conduct in the deposition" and "irresponsible behavior."

Even with news that Tha Carter IV creator suffered a medical emergency aboard his private jet on Oct. 25 -- just four days before the hearing -- and was hospitalized as a result, the judge wasn't easy on him. Wayne's rep revealed the health problems were caused by a severe migraine and dehydration.

The 30-year-old MC is suing Jones III, who's the son of lauded music producer Quincy Jones Jr., for the unauthorized use of his music in a 2009 documentary about his life titled "The Carter."
