In a new letter from prison, Lil Wayne revealed that he's put on a few pounds of muscle while in Rikers, become a jailhouse Uno champ, and finally learned that "the best lesson is to not come back."

"There's some pretty cool people in here. Even though this isn't a cool place to be," the Young Money leader explained. "I've learned plenty already and the best lesson is to not come back. Last night, I kicked ass in UNO! Anyway, that's neither here nor there. Just thought I'd let y'all know. Gotta stay hydrated. Though it's hot, I still work out. Now don't be expecting me to look like Hercules when I get out, but I should be a little bulky."

Weezy also found time to promote two new projects; his forthcoming 'I'm Not a Human Being' EP, which drops on September 27 and his latest DVD, 'Nino Brown Story 3.' The rapper also included a long list of fans he personally wanted to thank for their love and support. "I thank you dearly," Wayne wrote to one fans, "I really appreciate you and you'll be fine. GOD 1st."
